Liftmaster Garage Door Only Opens A Few Inches

Now i m having and issue where the garage only opens a couple inches and then closes a couple of inches and stops.

The door appears to get hung up on something or a sensor seems to be telling the door not to close. If the motor shaft moves back and forth through the motor more than 1 16th of an inch during operation it could lead to the door traveling only a short distance before reversing.
