These components come together in one simple to install system that can be erected in much less time than traditional building methods. Concreate panels are only 1 8 thick and weigh a mere 1 3 lbs sq ft making them significantly safer and easier to handle than conventional concrete panels. The standard solarcrete insulated concrete wall is 12 thick. Siplast lightweight insulating concrete is available in four mix designs.

With very low thermal conductivity the high strength c grid connectors help deliver a sandwich wall panel with insulation values up to r 37 depending on the thickness and type of foam insulation. The four designs represent a range of compressive and tensile strengths allowing a choice of system based on substrate and specific project circumstances.
